RANGIHOU - HER STORY

 A NEW HEAVEN
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God Created the Heavens and the Earth.
Genesis 1:28 Then the LORD God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed the Breath of Life 'Hongi' into his nostrils, and the man became a living being. And the LORD God planted a Garden in Eden, in the east, where he placed the man He had formed. Out of the ground the LORD God gave growth to every tree that is pleasing to the eye and good for food. And in the middle of the garden were the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil.

PictureOriginee Sovereign & Pastor Uncle Rex Japanangka @ Lady Crown Turkatuku III
lNo one can dispute the fact that [ab]original (originee) have been here in Gondwana Land, on the land mass now known as Australia, since the beginning of time. They are the First in time.  The Originee are the undisputed land owners of this land mass known as Australia. Their laws on these lands are the 'first in time, First in Line, Best in Time', the 'ancient laws of time.

Originee peoples, with their laws have occupied and inhabited these lands, with continuing relationships with all pacific nations peoples, with their traditional land and waters, and continuing cultures, customs, values, traditions, language and heritage. The Originee people are the oldest culture in the world.

We have lost a good leader, an Originee Sovereign in Rex Japanangka who stood up for the rights of his people at Rangihou. We pay our respects to Rex Japanangka who is no longer with us.

[Ab]original Governance

PictureOriginee Governance at Tent Embassy
The Originee people of these lands have their own form of government - land tenure, culture, traditions, customs, values and language, all connected to the waters, rivers, mountains, seas and to the stars.  The Originee people have our own lore men that uphold the laws of our tribes & our clans.  They have regional laws and societies within the country.  They have a system of land tenure wherein language-labelled groups identify with land and water kin-groups. They have ecological zones and rules. They have culture, artefacts and museums. They have walking tracks, sacred sites and land marks. They have relationship rules.
They have wise circles of elders and spiritual advisors. They have their own system of lore, justice and ceremonial practices which is alive & active. They have their own governance which is still in tact among the sovereign tribes of this land mass.

1788 British Proclamation to claim land mass

Picture
In 1788 a group of British colonists anchored themselves at Botany Bay, made a 1788 Proclamation and declared the land mass, continent the Colony of New South Wales. In the process the attached New Zealand as part of New South Wales. They then set about enforcing their man made laws and government  on the Originees. They came with a doctrine of discovery, giving Christian explorers the right to claim lands they 'discovered' and lay claim to those lands for their Christian Monarchs. So the Kings and Queens came in their corporate disguise. Otherwise seen as individuals with guns just taking over the lands by killing all the Originees in their sight. This happened right across the pacific islands to all first nations peoples. Their purpose was to rob the natives of their lands, kill them, breed them out and instruct them into their courts, into custody and reduce their persons (birth certificate) to perpetual slavery.

The healthy lifestyle changed dramatically when the uninvited Europeans arrived without consent, from England headed by Captain Cook. Aboriginal people were disenfranchised from their land by uninvited colonists who appropriated the land, resources, violated, neglected and committed violence and death against them. From February 1788 onwards many aborigines were killed with guns, poisoned water holes and food, and many died from diseases introduced by the invaders. A document from the late 1700's states: "Some convicts were allowed to have the weekends free from the confines of their masters' properties on the condition that they brought back with them aboriginal scalps. These scalps were, in fact, pairs of ears." Aboriginal men were drastically losing their role in society by being used to slave labor. The women were used as domestics and sexual partners for the white invaders. Raping and killings continued as a sport with hangings of women in the trees along the Parramatta river, Rangihou and Baludarri Lands. And I quote: "One gorges at the Sunday afternoon manhunts of sexual mutilation, of burying live Aboriginal babies up to their necks in sand and kicking their heads off ." Aboriginal were Massacred and buried in random in sporadic unidentified land areas. The effect of European settlement was the immediate and tragic displacement of local Aborigines from the land.

At no time in our history, did the colonists ask for permission to enter these lands. They erected their flags and began plundering the lands for profit.
Australian law and policy respecting the Aboriginal population originated with the instructions to the first Governor of New South Wales: Governor Phillip, the first Governor of the Colony of New South Wales, in April 25, 1787, was explicitly instructed, that he was; " ... to endeavor by every possible means to open an intercourse with the natives, and  to conciliate their affections, enjoining all our subjects to live in amity and kindness with them. And if any of our subjects shall wantonly destroy them or give them any unnecessary interruption in the exercise of their several occupations it is our will and pleasure that you do cause such offenders to be brought to punishment according to the degrees of the offence. You will endeavor to procure an account of numbers inhabiting the neighborhood of the intended settlement, and report your opinion to one of our Secretaries of State in what manner our intercourse with these people may be turned to the advantage of this colony."

Standing Orders - April 28, 1805, Sydney Gazette - "Whereas the Natives in different parts of the Out-settlements have, in an unprovoked and inexcusable manner, lately committed the most brutal Murder on some defenseless Settlers whose hospitality seems to have drawn upon them the most barbarous treatment; and there being but little hopes of the Murderers being given up to Justice, the GOVERNOR has judged it necessary, for the preservation of the Lives and the Properties of the Out settlers and Stock men, to distribute Detachments from the New South Wales Corps among the Out settlements, for their protection against those uncivilized Insurgents, but as those measures alone will only be a present check, it is hereby required and ordered, that no Natives be suffered to approach the grounds or dwellings of any Settler until the Murderers are given up. And that this Order may be carried into full effect, the settlers are required to assist each other in repelling those visits: And if any Settler, contrary to the purport and intent of this Order, harbours any Native, he will be prosecuted for the breach of a Public Order, intended for the security of the Settlers.  By Command of His Excellency  G. BLAXCELL, Acting Sec."

1900 Australian Constitution

Picture1900 Original Australian Constitution
The constitution created in 1900, would not recognize the [ab]originals, as they were considered an inferior race, fauna & flora, which they hoped would be extinct in 60 years. This constitution included New Zealand as a state of New South Wales, with a colonial government under the Kings rule, King George III. The purpose of the His Majesty's government, was to become the administrators and plunder the resources & minerals of both Nations. The true intent of the kings rule was documented in the House of Lords minutes 1838 was to dis-empower the Kings, the Queens and the Paramount Chiefs of the lands of Australia [Gondwana Land] and Aotearoa [Nu Tireni], turn them into Persons (birth certificate), British Subjects (birth certificate), slaves, stealing the land through mis-interpretation of Treaty and land grants.

It must be known that Local Government is not recognized in the Constitution. This is validated by three referendums 1974, 1988 and 1999. This is also validated by the Attorney General on the 8th June 2010. Therefore anything created by Local Government ins illegal and invalid. Any local government registrations are illegal and invalid as the people said NO to Local Government.

1792 Australia's First theft of Land

The first land grant in Australia's history was on 22 Feb 1792 by the administrators of the British Government. It was Experiment Farm in Parramatta. 30 Acres which at the time belonged to Originee King Pemulwuy. This land was the first piece of stolen lands with a piece of paper and a flick of a pen. This land is directly opposite Rangihou. A year later the land was sold. This was the beginning of illegal land sales and theft from the Originee people with a flag, a pen and a piece of paper. A system of land tenure by the colonists of this time was the 'chain' survey. A method foreign to the Originee.

1811 Mauri in Parramatta

PictureKing Te Ruki Kawiti
Māuri were coming to Australia prior to the colonists. Mauri such as King Te Pahi 1805, Paretaonga 1788, Chief Ruatara 1810, King Hongi Hika 1814, Korokoro 1814, Waikato 1814, Taonui, Rewa, Te Wharerahi and Pautone,

At this time 1811, Pemulwuy had been killed and Corrangie (brother-in-law to Pemulwuy) became the King of Parramatta. Mauri Chief Ruatara had been entrusted with land to grow wheat, peas and beans on the land today known as Rangihou. On the 20th November 1811 the Rev Samuel Marsden (adopted father of King Corrangie) took Te Ruki Kawiti (Toweetee Teetooa) to the farm. This was the day of the land gifting.

Below is an excerpt from a Letter written by the Reverend Samuel Marsden (Magistrate) to the Reverend Josiah Pratt. A True Certified Copy of the letter with Land Gifting is held by the Office of the Crown.

The Reverend Samuel Marsden Quoted “Their minds appeared like a rich soil that had never been cultivated, and only wanted the proper means of improvement to render them fit to rank and civilized nations”.

The Individuals Involved in the Gifting of the Rangihou Lands
This morning I [Samuel] took them [King Te Ruki Kawiti, King Corrangie, his son] in my [Samuel] Chaise to see Duaterra’s [Mauri Chief Ruatara] farm, when they [King Te Ruki Kawiti, King Corrangie, his son] beheld his wheat just ripe, his peas beans &c, they were highly gratified, and in a few minutes I [Samuel] observed them [Chief Ruatara, King Te Ruki Kawiti, King Corrangie] making a fire across my [Samuel] farm and cutting notches with a Knife in the stumps of the trees [tribal land surveying] – I [Samuel] inquired what they [Ruatara, King Te Ruki Kawiti, King Corrangie] were doing – they told me they were marking out a farm for Toweetee- Teetooa [King Te Ruki Kawiti], that he would return to New Zealand the first opportunity, and bring one hundred men [100 Men] to work upon the farm. I [Samuel] told him I would give him as much land as he liked, and he might begin tomorrow.

1811 King Corrangie of Parramatta

PictureArtist Imprression of King Corrangie
Barramattagul King Corrangie (born 1787) - Is in fact named, recognised, acknowledged and respected as: King Harry, Harry the King of Kissing Point, Chef de la peuplade de Paramatta, and the Chief of Parramatta. An anonymous writer in Fuller’s Cumberland Year Book (1882) referred to ‘The last aboriginal king of Kissing Point, “King Harry”’ Anon, Fuller’s Rural Cumberland Year Book, 1882, 122. This appears to be a reprint of a letter headed ‘HARRY, the KING of Kissing Point’‘ that appeared in the Sydney Morning Herald, 17 July 1880,p7.
At the age of 9, Corrangie lived, was adopted and was taught English by the Reverend Samuel Marsden. He learnt to read as a child and spoke very good English, and was known for his good manners.  Harry was not only literate, he was the first Indigenous Australian known to write a letter in English in his own words and in his own hand. Harry became the husband of Bennelong's sister Carangarang and leader of the Burramattagal or Parramatta clan.

King Harry “The Country is Ours” - A respectable settler, in the neighborhood of Parramatta, early one morning observed a chief, of the name of Harry, and several of his tribe, passing with their fire, rather too near his stacks of corn; the settler went to them, and remonstrated on the impropriety, saying, "the fire might easily be communicated to the loose straw, thence to the stacks; and, however unintentionally, cause the destruction of his property. The chief calmly replied: ‘You know we must have fire; the country is ours, you must take care of your corn.’"

Harry’s Song – Australian National Anthem - In 1823, The London Magazine published an article about a description of a corrobory (corroboree), and musical notation of a song of which Mr Justice Barron Field says ‘I took down the following Australian national melody from Harry, who married Carangarang and I believe it to be the first that was ever reduced in writing.’ As I wrote in ‘1793: A Song of the Natives of New South Wales’, Electronic British Library Journal, 2011 . Harrys song was later performed by Richard Green, Darug Elder & Historian, at the Message Sticks Festival, Sydney Opera House 2013.

Rangihou Land Gifting - King Harry knew exactly what he was doing when he gifted the Rangihou Lands to King Te Ruki Kawiti. King Harry was the King of Parramatta. He was recognized and acknowledged in Australia and by other countries as the King of Parramatta. The settlers of the time did not have the authority or right to grant land to each other or steal land from the King of Parramatta at any time. King Harry had the authority and right to gift the land to another sovereign king. The settlers of the time did not have the authority to steal this land that was gifted to King Te Ruki Kawiti from Aotearoa. Only an Originee Sovereign that owns the land can gift to another Originee Sovereign, guardianship.  The land cannot be picked up and taken away. The role of guardianship was entrusted upon King Te Ruki Kawiti.

Harry's Song
The Rev. Mr. Marsden, chaplain to the colony, has a boy of one of the natives, which he has brought up, and intends educating, who writes a good hand, speaks our language with great fluency, sings hymns, and has a good ear for music. In short, from the account we have received, this child seems susceptible of all the mental endowments that can form the scholar and gentleman.

1814 King Hongi Hika at Rangihou

King Hongi Hika (Ngapuhi) was invited to Rangihou 22nd August 1814 with his family group and children.  His influence in Parramatta resulted in Trade, the Māori Seminary and the Declaration of Independence 1835..   Hongi Hika was a King and therefore he was introduced to King George IV where he received gifts of armour.  His family group lived on the banks of the Parramatta River at Rangihou. The Originee and Mauri people have be exchanging goods with the nations of the world for thousands of years and therefore had arrangement and agreements of their own in place as well as land markings, treasures and artefacts.

1814 Rangihou Mauri Burials

Travelling to a foreign land, even into the care of a host, was perilous for Māuri, who were not yet immune to European diseases or the consumption of foreign staple foods. By early 1822, thirteen of the sixteen young Māuri who had been students at the Parramatta Ma[o]ri Seminary had died, some on passage to England, some on passage to New Zealand, some after returning to New Zealand, but at least sixteen were buried in unknown and unmarked graves at Rangihou. Reverend Samuel Marsden Journals.  Some of these children known are:
  1. PEREHIKO – Son of Chief Perehiko (Ngati Rangi, Ngati Manu, Ngati Hine) - Died and buried at Rangihou 1822
On being told of his son’s death, Perehiko and his family sat in a circle on the deck of the Dromedary, and “the mat which the poor little boy had been accustomed to wear, and which was the only relic of him, was brought up and placed by “Iwi”, (Perehiko’s brother who had been in Parramatta) in the centre of the group. The scene of lamentation that ensued was truly distressing”. Perehiko requested ‘utu’ – or a balancing payment – for the horrific death of his son at the hands of the missionaries,
  2. TENANA – Nepwhew to Chief Hongi Hika (Te Uri-o-Hua, Ngati Tautahi, Ngai Tawake) - Died and buried at Rangihou 1820
  3. The death of Tenana was also horrific, murdered by the missionaries. It was requested of Marsden that he send one of his own children to New Zealand to replace the one lost – to be adopted, and become a chief and to inherit land.
  4. ATU – Son of Chief To Koki (Ngati Hine) Died and buried at Rangihou 1822
When in June 1822 news arrived of the violent death of Te Koki’s son in Parramatta, Te Koki’s family requested that the particular part of the letter where the boy’s name was mentioned be pointed out to them: “with it they frequently touched noses; and prolonged for nearly two hours their incessant and melancholy lamentations for his untimely fate”.
  5. TAUREA – Son of Chief Waiatarau (Ngare Hauata, Ngati Rangi) Died and buried at Rangihou 1818
Waiatarau lost two sons, one at Parramatta and one soon after returning. “Taurau” and “Taurea”, two young men who had been at the Seminary for a year, whose “reasoning facilities are clear, and their comprehension quick” died from being poisoned on the Claudine in late 1818, in Batavia (now known as Jakarta), on their way to England. Marsden’s report,‘State and Prospects of the Mission, at the Time of Mr.
  6. Originee Children - Names unknown
  7. Originee Massacre Site (Baludarri)
  8. Polynesian Children - Names unknown
In  April 1822 it was decided that the high number of deaths of our high-born sons was too overwhelming to bear, therefore an announcement was released regarding the closure of the Maori Seminary.  The CMS committee proceedings of 30 April 1822 noted calmly: “The Seminary at Parramatta, for New Zealanders, has been for the present suspended, the change of habits and climate being found injurious to the health of the natives.” ‘Extract from the Report of the Committee to the Annual Meeting, April 30th, 1822, at Freemasons’ Hall, Great Queen Street’, in McNab (ed.), 1908, p.581. This was a cover up as the children died of horrific deaths at the hands of the missionaries.

2014 Rangihou Burials - Placenta & Still Born Burials

Still to this day, the burial customs are being upheld at the Rangihou Urupa [Burial site]. The women , with the authority of the Sovereign Nations Treaty and The ‘Skin’ Marriage Lore’s of Creation and fertility - Spiral of Birth, Death and Rebirth are still undertaking private burials under the cover of darkness to ensure that link between the sovereigns and the land is maintained, connecting their children back to Papatuanuku 'Mother Earth' and maintaining the spiritual connection and bridge to Rangihoua, Aoteoaroa.

2014 On this occassion a sacred Poutokomanawa was erected in honor of all the ancestors and children buried at Rangihou and Baludarri.
Witness present were Mauri Elders, Mauri Spiritual Advisors and Orignee Elders.

Parramatta City Council - The 'De Son Tort' Trustees?

PictureTrustee, Agent, Person, Corporation, Administrator, De Son Tort Trustee
The Parramatta City Council is born from the Australian Parliament.  The government known as the Australian Parliament are the administrators/trustees, working on behalf for the Originee sovereigns, holding in trust all the land and minerals. The government admit that they are the administrators, time and time again. An administrator cannot be anything other than a corporate entity. Only a corporation entity can administer. The Australian corporation is registered in Washington DC and is not operating with ecclesiastical sovereignty [God's law]. This Australian corporation cannot administer at the ecclesiastical level of God's Law.

A trustee is a council, corporation, local government entity, government entity, crown entity, public servant, crown-in-right, masquerading as the crown.  They are paid a commission to extinguish [Ab]original rights and interests through prescription, without informing the people of the unnecessary loss of their inherent rights. This has been happening for too long, dumbing down the Originee sovereigns of this land with corporations law and illegal land grants & titles.

Local Government is not recognized in the Constitution therefore the Act is Invalid and Illegal. The Local Government (City of Parramatta and Cumberland) Proclamation 2016 was birthed from the Local Government Act 1993 therefore Invalid and Illegal.  The Parramatta City Council are masquerading as the City of Parramatta and the Crown-In-Right. They are a de son tort Trustee.

Parramatta City council have participated and are active in concealing the truth about the burials; the massacres; the first land theft 1792; the theft of Rangihou & Baludarri; the dumping of asbestos; the  land ownership; their invalid superior power; their company registration; their masquerading as crown-in-right; the quest to force originee sovereigns off their crown lands without a legal warrant or court order; their illegal act 1993; their illegal proclamation 2016; their role as trustee for the originee sovereigns and the property trust held on behalf of the originee sovereigns. That is a de son tort trustee.

The Office of Crown occupied Crown lands, after giving the Parramatta City Council notice of intent to occupy. No rebuttal to the occupation was ever recieved. The Office of the Crown offered all residents and public, space to park their cars for a contribution (gift, donation). In return we guarded their cars. Parramatta City Council agents forced the Originee Sovereigns (True Crown) off the lands without a legal warrant or true bill of sale.

Who's Selling out the Originees Rights?

Corporations & Councils including the assumed representatives of Aboriginal Tribal Corporations, Aboriginal Councils, Aboriginal Land Councils, Custodial Aboriginal Corporations and various family groups, are selling the rights to the lands and the minerals to district councils.

They are merely puppets on a string, trustees & administrators. They are not Originee Sovereigns, therefore not land owners. They do not walk with the first laws in time. They walk with man made laws. They have chosen their master and their master is the government & money. They are signing contracts with the government giving the rights to Originee lands to the councils for peanuts & bread crumbs.

2005 Rangihou Recognised

dfPictureRangihou Maori Seminary. Sketched 1836. The Seminary burnt down in later years
In February 2005 Mr P Ngawaka of Te Whare Tangata O Rangihou succeeded in getting the remainder of Rangihou land permanently named ‘Rangihou Reserve’ under the Geographical Names Board of NSW.

The Maori Seminary ‘Rangihu’ (as it was first named) was not recorded on city plans until 1823 because the plans were designed to show the location allotments and buildings in the township of Parramatta, rather than Crown Grants such as the Rev Samuel Marsdens.  The earliest record of the Seminary ‘Rangihu’ was drawn by Richard Taylor in 1836.

"It is an honor, as the Mauri Leader and Elder of Marae Melbourne, to stand by your side and endorse the ‘Te Kotahitanga Rangihou Marae, Cultural Centre and Arts Facilities in Parramatta.  As a long time advocate of a Marae in Australia, I am overwhelmed by the fact that your vision and plan will be the one that succeeds for all people in Australia.  You have created a cultural asset with a point of difference that is unique, reflects the community and compliments Sydney’s resources.  You have managed to identify a unique cultural and creative product for Parramatta that will attract, retain, validate and acknowledge the long standing Mauri and Originee relationships from the 1800’s.  By creating such a diverse, risk taking, robust arts & cultural plan, you have managed to add substance, sustainability and texture to the fabric of the land, that is not found anywhere in Australia. Through my endeavors over the years and to this very day I know of no-one that has a managed to bring such a culturally diverse plan together which encompasses Australians, Mauri and Originee people in such a positive, unique and awe inspiring way. You are on the way to establishing a flagship cultural institution that will showcase quality, world-class facilities, drawing people from across the region, as well as nationally and internationally.
I strongly endorse your vision and project objectives."

2012 PM Julia Gillard states "they own it & they deserve their share"

Picture
On the 31st May 2012 the Prime Minister Julia Gillard stated in person, who owns the land, at a Minerals Council dinner.  Fact is, the land and minerals are held in trust for the sovereign people of these lands. The Government can only be an administrator, a trustee.  The Originee people of the land are the land owners, and Julia Gillard is telling everyone, openly.

2012 Darug Historian "land passed down through tribal descendants"

Picture
Richard Green, Darug Elder and Historian affirms that the gifting of land to the Mauri Nation was true and valid. Richard Green is a man of integrity that has been an elder and spiritual advisor to Lady Crown over many years.  Together they have protected and guarded over the Rangihou and Baludarri lands and burial sites 'wahi tapu', walking a path that not many were willing to walk in sovereignty.  Together they hold ceremony on the land, maintaining their culture, their traditions, their customs, their values and upholding their language. Together they made numerous attempts to meet with council mayors, council ceo's, councilor's, Aboriginal Land Council, Darug Elders, Darug groups, Mauri Community groups, churches & Samuel Mardens descendants, presenting by special appearance, however only few were willing to step up to the plate to assist in protecting the lands and burial sites. Most would side with the council & government to ensure that they would not miss out on their monetary grants. The Originee people of the area did not want to be responsible for burials, as they were not their own,  therefore not their concern or interest.  Together, Lady Crown and Richard Green protected the burials  spiritually, and on occasion, via special appearance, Kerrianne Cox and her many woman would come from Western Australia to undertake ceremony and settle the spirits on the lands. Lady Crown and Richard Green held tribal court with the developers and council, upholding their tribal lore, however the council  enlisted the police force to do everything in their power to ensure that the cease and desist order was suppressed. Over many years both Lady Crown and Richard Green tried to stop the development of 1100 residential apartments on Rangihou and Baludarri burial sites, however they were ignored and the development was completed 2018. Lady Crown, Richard Green and Kerrianne Cox stood guard at Rangihou and Baludarri as the burials were being desecrated. They held a month long vigile on the land while the excavators bulldozed through the land and unmarked burial sites. Richard Green has held strong to his spiritual and physical connection to the land, language and heritage.

"Richard Green is the only Darug Elder, Spiritual Advisor, Orator, Custodian and Protector that we have seen, activity uphold the tribal customs and traditions of these lands, at all times protecting the land, the heritage, the culture, the customs, the burials and his language. I am honoured to be part of his family" Lady Crown

"As the tribal original sovereigns of this land we will practice and revitalize our cultural traditions and customs.  This includes the right to maintain, protect and develop the past present and future manifestations of our cultures, such as archaeological and historical sites, artifacts, designs, ceremonies, technologies and visual and performing arts and literature. Take note that as the tribal peoples of this land we will manifest, practice, develop and teach our spiritual and religious traditions, customs and ceremonies. Take note that as the tribal peoples of this land we will promote, develop and maintain our institutional structures and our distinctive customs, spiritually, traditions, procedures, practices and, in the cases where they exist, juridical systems, laws, customs, in accordance with international human rights standards.  As the tribal peoples of this land we will develop, promote, practice and maintain our sovereign status, sovereign equality, sovereign right and sovereign power." 2012 Justice Dowsett Federal Court - 'true traditional owners'

Picture
As determined by Justice Dowsett in the Federal Court 14th December 2012 in the matter of the Yidindji Tribal People, that the Originee peoples of these lands are the true traditional owners of these lands pursuant to traditional laws and customs which are deep seeded roots of ancient times.
This Judge Dowsett states "I come here today to give you nothing, as I don't own the land."
"Wake Up Sovereigns and stand up as a land owner. How many times do the trustees have to tell you that you own the land and that your laws are first in time. Brother Murrumu has opened the door for you" Lady Crown

"The Parliament on behalf of the people of Australia, recognizes that the continent and the islands known as Australia were first occupied by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples."..."The Parliament of Australia, on behalf of the people of Australia, acknowledges the continuing relationship of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with their traditional lands and waters."..."The Parliament of Australia, on behalf of the Australian people acknowledges and respects the continuing culture, languages and heritage of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.  All evidence so far produced by the Commonwealth of Australia through its various representatives and institutions clearly define who, what and where the tribal people are."

2014 Parramatta City Council Proclamation - and claim they own the land

PicturePowers under Act - They have no head of power. Just alot of words & numbers without authority or power
The Parramata City Council created a City of Parramatta Proclamation to delete the True Crown.  They are also masquerading as a different corporation because the Parramatta City Council have entrapped themselves by stating in 2014 that they owned the land. They fell on their own sword.

Letters from Parramatta City Council dated 5th March 2014, 10th Oct 2014 & 13th November 2014, the Parramatta City Council write to Lady Crown & Representatives and clearly admit in writing that they OWN Rangihou and Baludarri Lands. Where is their consent in writing? Where is their true bill of sale? Why won't they give full disclosure? How did they come to own the land? How much did they pay for it? Who did they buy it off?  These questions must be answered. The Nga Puhi & Burramattagal Community and Aboriginal Councils need to ask the Council these unanswered questions? If there is no response, it is Grand Theft of Land and/or Receiving Stolen Goods.

The Parramatta City Council [Corp-orates (dead men walking) Trustees] are acting and behaving in a belligerent, fraudulent, misleading, conspiring manner, making themselves SUPERIOR to all Sovereign Originees in the landmass of Australia, Superior to the Prime Ministers, Superior to the Federal Court Judges, Superior to the True Crown [being the Originee & Mauri Sovereigns]. They are de son tort trustees waging war against the True Crown, the recipients of the Rangihou Land Gift, just because they stood up for what is true & right and what is their birth right in the eyes of God?

2012 Offical Recognition as a Historical Sites of State Significance for Mauri

Picture
9th November 2012 Parramatta City Council officially recognised and acknowledged Rangihou as an Historical Site of State Significance for Maori.  Public record: Archaeological Reports Rangihou Reserve and 1A Morton Street, from Godden Mackay Logan October 2012. The statement of significance highlighted that Rangihou has strong historical association with the Maori community, particularly those affiliated with the Nga Puhi tribal line in both Australia and New Zealand. The site has significance for its connection to the high-born Maori Nga Puhi (sons of Maori Nga Puhi Chiefs) children that were sent to be educated by Marsden at the Rangihou Seminary. For the Maori community, the land that originally comprised of the Rangihou Seminary, which includes Rangihou Reserve, 1A Morton Street Site and associated land areas, has strong historical associations with the children who were educated there (including many that died and are still buried at Rangihou).

The Mauri community value the location of the Rangihou Seminary. The site has strong connections to Rangihoua in New Zealand, where Marsden delivered the first Anglican sermon in New Zealand. The cultural and spiritual attachments to the site are demonstrated by the continual visitation by members of the Mauri community who commemorate and perpetuate the memory of the ancestors that once lived at Rangihou, Te Ruki Kawiti, Mauri Chiefs Hongi Hika, Ruatara, Korokoro and the Mauri children who were educated and buried at Rangihou. The historical associations and social significance of Rangihou Reserve, Rangihou Lands, Rangihou Sacred Burial Sites and 1A Morton Street sites are RARE in NSW Australia.

That of particular importance is that Maori use these areas of land for community use; Rangihou Reserve, Rangihou Lands, Rangihou Sacred Burial Sites, 1A Morton Street and associated land areas for their ongoing cultural celebrations. The intangible cultural heritage values associated with the site should be managed appropriately.
The site’s association with the Maori community has significance at a STATE AND FEDERAL LEVEL. The spiritual significance to Rangihou is something that has been disclosed to Parramatta City Council however to date has been ignored, therefore we point to Gooden Mackay Logan Archaeological Report to assert our intangible cultural heritage values.

The intangible cultural heritage values associated with the site must be managed appropriately by appropriately qualified people who by birth right are and can only ever be, the sovereign owners and guardians of these lands, under Mortuary Law sanctioned by Jingki the Highest Sovereign Queen of Gondwana Land. This excludes government agents (and all affiliates of) who are impartial by servitude to the State & Federal Governance, Corporations, District Councils and Aboriginals Councils with ABN's or registered with ORIC.

The site’s association with the Originee and Maori community has significance at a STATE AND FEDERAL LEVEL AND A GLOBAL ONE WITH THE THREAT OF GENOCIDE. The development of 1100 residential apartments and 440 car spaces around two RARE sites of Historical National and State Significance, is a DIRECT VIOLATION FOR NOT: Conserving the significance of heritage items, heritage sites, cultural significance, their settings, historic subdivisions, conservation areas and sacred burial grounds. A DIRECT VIOLATION FOR: Desecrating heritage items, heritage sites, cultural sites of significance, their settings, historic subdivisions, conservation areas and the sacred burial ground; and for building and over building a major development, in particular; size; height; overshadowing; pollution; air; disruption; and car parking on RARE Historical National and State site/s of significance without consultation, negotiation or remedy with the sovereign owners and guardians of the sacred lands.

Rangihou & Baludarri Lands has strong historical association with the Originee Ancient Burramattagal Clan and Mauri Nga Puhi Tribes, in both Australia and New Zealand. The site has significance for its connection to the high-born Maori Nga Puhi (sons of Maori Nga Puhi Chiefs) children that were sent to be educated by Marsden at the Rangihou Seminary. For the Maori community, the land that originally comprised of the Rangihou Seminary, which includes Rangihou Reserve, 1A Morton Street Site and associated land areas, has strong historical associations with the children who were educated there, including many that died and are still buried at Rangihou, in a state of 'Kahupo'.

The Maori connectedness to Rangihou Lands and Seminary is strong, with a spiritual bridge to Rangihoua in New Zealand, where the same above said Marsden delivered the first religious Anglican sermon in New Zealand.

Of particular important significance is the continued Maori usage of these Holy Consecrated land today for community use;  Rangihou Reserve, Rangihou Lands, Rangihou Sacred Burial Sites, 1A Morton Street and associated land areas for their ongoing cultural celebrations, Burials, Baptisms, Anointment's, He Whakaputanga, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Clean Up Days, Community Gatherings, Private Ceremonies, Sacred Woman's Business and connectedness with identity to ensure their mental, physical and spiritual well-being and sound mind, and other history making events. Rangihou is Alive with Ceremony, Culture, Customs, Traditions, Values & Spirit.

That pre-1788 that the lands were as Aboriginal then as it is Australian now. That the tribal people are not British Subjects and or Australian citizens and as per the PIPS Act 1875 the Queen could not exercise power or jurisdiction over the Originee sovereigns of these lands, the True Crown as they were only administrators.
PIPS Act 1875 Section 6: Nothing herein or in any such Order in Council contained shall extend or be construed to extend to invest Her Majesty, her heirs and successors* with any claim or title whatsoever to dominion or sovereignty over any such islands or places as aforesaid, or to derogate from the rights of the tribes or people inhabiting such islands or places, or of chiefs or rulers thereof, to such sovereignty or dominion, and a copy of every such Order in Council shall be laid before each House of Parliament within thirty days after the issue thereof, unless Parliament shall not then be in session, in which case a copy shall be laid before each House of Parliament within thirty days after the commencement of the next ensuing session.

1838 House of Lords "avail all the aid"

“Thus would the way be prepared for confiding to the people the trust of jurymen, in like manner as to the Chiefs of congress that of legislators, when a generation should arise sufficiently enlightened and virtuous to the capable of those high functions. His Majesty's Government, the resident would be able to avail himself of all the aid which the information and experience of the whole body of missionaries and of settlers generally could afford.”

2010 Attorney General "local government not recognised"

Fact is - Local Government is not recognized in the 1900 Australian Constitution. Fact is - Attorney General writes 8th June 2010 "local government not recognised in the constitution." Fact is -  Three referendums 1974, 1988, 1999, the people say No to 'Local Government' therefore no Local Government can exist.

Parramatta City Council are acting with assumed authority, with NO head of power, with an ABN, registered as a local government entity, trying to hide behind the City of Parramatta Proclamation 2016 that is not gazetted and the venue of proclamation unknown. This Proclamation 2016 has also removed the 'Crown' in its entirety, to prevent the True Crown from standing. As Judge Harry Gibbs stated "Australia has no basis in law".

Parramatta City Council - 'De Son Tort' Trustees

Picture
Fact is - The Commonwealth of Australia are not acknowledged or recognized as the land owners of Rangihou & Baludarri Lands. Therefore if the Commonwealth of Australia are not land owners, they can only be the administrators & trustees. Therefore Parramatta City Council is a Trustee.

Fact is -  2014 Parramatta City Council claim they own the land.

Fact is -  Parramatta City Council have been keeping secrets, conspiring, obstructing, preventing and perverting the truth that Rangihou & Baludarri Lands were gifted to King Te Ruki Kawiti on the 20th November 1811.

Fact is -  The Parramatta City Council then created an illegal City of Parramatta Proclamation 2016, to get rid of the True Crown and disguise the entity that stated they owned the land, the Parramatta City Council.

Fact is - Anyone that makes a false statement, is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent and treasonous to a Sovereign, by such enactment, an overt Act of Misprison of Treason is committed, invoking the Tribal Laws of these lands, God's Laws and if required by the public Office of the Crown, at their discretion, the Crimes Act 1914-1973 Sect 24F?

Fact is -  Parramatta City Council have failed to remedy this matter or care for the True Crown, the Originee Sovereigns, their trust, their land, their burial sites, their land marks, their customs, their values, their traditions, their culture, their language and their heritage.

Fact is -  Parramatta City Council have gone 'rogue', are 'de son tort trustees' and have committed an overt act of 'Misprison of treason' against the True Crown being the Originee Sovereigns of the Lands, Lady Crown and Ngati Rangihou Corrangie Hapu.

Fact is - Lady Crown with divine right and authority, did point out in good faith the errors and defects in the governance and administration of the trustees and the sovereigns trust.  No attempt was made to fix the errors.

Fact is -   Nowhere in the Australian Government documentation, does it state that the Originee Sovereigns of these lands, the True Crown, cannot continue to create their own systems, law systems, self-governance system and anything that they choose for their Sovereign individuals, in their own Sovereign Nations, such as the Paremata Rangihou Sovereign Nation & Embassy at Rangihou and Baludarri, established and proclaimed in 2016.

Fact is -  The Australian corporate entity is registered in Washington DC, with no ownership to the lands what so ever, masquerading as The Crown, has no valid or lawful right to deny the Originee Sovereigns of these lands, the True Crown, their freedom of speech; their freedom of tribal life choices; their freedom of tribal law choices; their freedom of tribal land tenure; and their freedom of how we choose to live on our lands.

Fact is -  The Australian corporate entity known as the Parramatta City Council or the City of Parramatta, is registered as a local government entity; with an ABN; with no head of power; with no ownership to the lands what so ever; a public servant; a public trustee; an administrator; masquerading as The Crown; with an illegal & invalid Local Government Act 1993; with an illegal & invalid Proclamation 2016; tribally illegal; constitutionally illegal; which is an abuse against Orignee Sovereigns of these lands; the owners of these lands and the guardians of these lands, the True Crown.

Fact is -  If the Parramatta City Council continue with this act; this masquerade; with this puppet show; in plain sight of the Originee Sovereign individuals of these lands; disrespecting their birth right; disrespecting their God given divine rights; then the Office of the Crown will bring charges against all future agents of the Parramatta City Council, who collude, and are de son tort trustees. By such enactment, they will commit an overt Act of Misprison of Treason herein invoking the Tribal Laws of these lands, God's Laws and if required by the public Office of the Crown, at their discretion, the Crimes Act 1914-1973 Sect 24F?

Who is the True Crown?

Picture

Mauri True Crown [sovereign de jure]  - The Mauri Sovereigns were all the True Crown prior to signing Te Tiriti o Waitangi 1840 [Treaty of Waitangi]. This was the time that most Mauri lost their Crown status and became a 'Person', 'Dead', Infant, to be administered by the system, the Parent. Everyone that exits out of the system can regain their Tribal Crown status, rights and authorities.

Originee True Crown [sovereign de jure] - The Originee Sovereign are still the True Crown if they do not have a birth certificate or have revoked their birth certificate. Only then can they regain their Tribal Crown status, rights and authorities.

Trustee [bondsman][surety] - The trustee are administrators of the Trust on behalf of the Originee Sovereigns. In this case the Parramatta City Council are the Trustees of Rangihou & Baludarri lands.   The Parramatta City Council have failed in their fiduciary duties on behalf of the Sovereign Originees of these said lands & burial sites.

Beneficiaries [person, dead, infant] - They are the individuals that have a birth certificate and receive a commission or benefit from the government. They need to be administered by the government and must therefore follow the rule book of the constitution. As stated on the birth certificate you [person] can then be prosecuted under the Crimes Act.

De son tort Trustee
A de son tort trustee is a corporation that has failed in their fiduciary duties as a trustee, by a course of conduct that amounts to a wrong, a tort, a meddling of the trust property, taking it upon themselves to carry out acts against the sovereign peoples of these lands.
